Making the transition to cassettes can be confusing. Very
often, offices have been trained to use a complex array of
tray setups. It can all be much easier than that. For most
general practices, you will need only four cassette sizes
and two bur/file cassettes.
- Exam/ortho/pedo/hygiene cassette
- Hygiene cassette
- Endodontic
- Oral surgery
- Standard and C&B Block
- Endo Block
Operative and endo cassettes are generally the same size and
configuration. Oral surgery cassettes should be sized to accommodate
your standard forceps and elevator setup. |
